As technologists working in the multifamily and student housing industry for the past 20 years, we have navigated the confusing waters created by upstart entrepreneurs with the next great idea to the largest multinational telecom and cable companies. ROVR Score is the leading real time measure of resident, guest or building system WiFi/Network connectivity experience. We use a proprietary algorithm to generate a measurable score to fully automate the process of managing technology obsolesce, underperforming services or changing trends in resident technologies. If a property produces a score that indicates improvements are needed, our algorithm will quantifiably point you in the right direction for enhancing or resolving that problem.
